New Australian Skilled Occupations List for 2017

The wait is over now; Australian government has revealed Skilled Occupations List and Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List for the year2016-2017. The list released by Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) will come into effect from 1st July 2016. These lists are most imoprtant for those who dream Migration into Australia with Australian Permanent Residency.

Australia Skilled Occupations List 2016-2017

The Skilled Occupation List (SOL) is a list of skilled occupations that deliver high value skills needed by the Australian economy. The SOL only applies to independent, that is non-employer sponsored or State/Territory government nominated skilled migration. (- Migration Blog)

Australia Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List 2016-2017

The Australian Consolidated Sponsored Occupation (CSOL) is used as part of the Australian points system for immigration. If you are applying for skilled migration via nomination by a State or Territory Government, you must nominate an occupation from the Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List (CSOL). (- Visa Bureau)
