Chakras are energy centres which are present in different parts of your body. They spread from the top of your head till the end of your spine. There are seven chakras in your body. If a chakra is blocked and is not balanced, it leads to various problems in that part your body where that chakra resides. So, it is really important to lead a healthy life that you keep your chakras balanced and healthy. There are certain food items allotted to each chakra that will help it to function properly. CHAKRA 1

The first chakra present at the base of your spine is Muladhar chakra. It is also known as root chakra, as it is associated with your genitals and reproductive organs.
